Response times for services related to public records

In order for all officials involved in the servicing of requests for registration proceedings to know the response times established for each one of the proceedings and the channels said proceedings can be carried out through, they are listed below:

IMPORTANT:

• If a request is filed outside our business hours, that is, after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, during weekends or holidays, the corresponding response time-frame will start on the next workday, at 8:00 a.m.
• All requests (proceedings) related to changes of the information kept in public records must be filed in writing.

 

MERCHANT'S REGISTRAR, NON-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND NATIONAL TOURISM REGISTRAR 

FILING OF DOCUMENTS INTO THE MERCHANT'S REGISTRAR AND FOR NON-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

Notes: The above shall be applicable save in the following cases:

 

Delivery of History Certificate: Second work day following the filing date, in any case, in accordance with current regulations, the time-frame for this proceeding shall not exceed 15 work days.

 

Delivery of Sample Reconstruction Certificate:  Fifth work day following the filing date, in any case, in accordance with current regulations, the time-frame for this proceeding shall not exceed 15 work days.

Renewal shall be immediate; however, the updating of the information shall be made sixteen (16) work hours after the date and time of the filing (48 hours from filing), in any case, and in accordance with existing regulations, the time-frame for this proceeding shall not exceed 15 work days.

 

When online renewal is used, the information shall be renewed and updated immediately.

Request filed at any time during the day: within ten (10) work days, from the filing date.  During the months of March, April and May.  In any case, and in accordance with current regulations, the time-frame for this proceeding shall not exceed 15 work days.

Note:   Please remember that Saturdays are not considered working days, when considering the time-frames for these proceedings.
