Loss of Affiliate status

A CCB Affiliate may lose such status in any of the following cases:

  • By written request of the Affiliate.
  • For not paying the affiliation or renewal fee on time.
  • For loss of merchant status.
  • For failure to meet any of the requirements and responsibilities established for maintaining Affiliate status.
  • For being in the process of liquidation.
  • For a change in principal domicile to another jurisdiction.
  • By order of a competent authority.
