Design and implement actions to strengthen the private sector from an institutional perspective, thus preparing it to face the challenges that stem from the construction of peace. This also seeks to locally strengthen the Rule of Law, as well as non-state organizations.

Strengthening of capabilities.
To generate inputs, contents or platforms to strengthen the construction of peace from within (CCB collaborators), externally (private enterprises) and with other stakeholders (local government, social organizations, etc.) (ex.: Project Ideas for Peace Foundation. Corporate strengthening for peace).
Rule of Law, local justice and citizen coexistence.
Promote the development of initiatives and projects about local justice, citizen coexistence, responsible management and strengthening of the Rule of Law and Human Rights in the different territories (ex.: The Police Mediation and Hermes Projects).
To promote the development of initiatives and projects about the fight against corruption and for transparency (ex.: Personeros Cundinamarca Project).
Institutional and legal reforms for the construction of peace.
Promote, generate and influence in the creation of public-private partnerships for peace. Propose legal reforms and new institutional arrangements that will allow for a better relationship with the private sector towards the construction of peace (ex.: Private-Public Partnerships for Peace, undertakings and innovation for peace, and a legal regime for philanthropy).
Articulation between Nation - Departmental Government - District for the construction of peace from the private sector.
Supporting and promoting the development and implementation of an agenda for the articulation between the Nation, the Departmental Government and the City, in matters pertaining to the construction of peace and the private sector (ex.: City and Departmental Development Plan).
