No, pueden tomarse la mayoría de los Servicios Empresariales de la CCB (cápsulas y talleres) sin diligenciar el autodiagnóstico o evaluar su proyecto o empresa; sin embargo, para tomar servicios orientados a resolver las brechas de su proyecto o empresa lo invitamos a diligenciar la evaluación de manera gratuita, personalizada y con manejo confidencial de su información.

Hágalo ingresando a www.ccb.org.co/Cree-su-empresa o Fortalezca su empresa, dé clic en “Evalúe su proyecto”, regístrese si es usuario nuevo, luego diligencie la evaluación siguiendo las instrucciones que el sistema le indica.

¿Cómo hago para recibir asesoría de un consultor?

Le invitamos a realizar una evaluación de su proyecto o empresa, a través de la página web http://www.ccb.org.co/Cree-su-empresa o /Fortalezca su empresa, dando clic en “Evalúe su proyecto” o “Evalúe su empresa”. Regístrese si es usuario nuevo, una vez diligenciado el registro se habilita la evaluación, siga las instrucciones y tenga en cuenta que debe completar la evaluación de creación o fortalecimiento (acorde con su situación).

Dependiendo del resultado obtenido en la evaluación, la cual está relacionada directamente con el grado de madurez de su proyecto empresarial o empresa, usted: obtendrá la sugerencia de una ruta de servicios los cuales puede comenzar a agendar de inmediato o un mensaje que le indica que será contactado por un consultor de la CCB.

¿Cómo hago para saber en qué sede puedo acceder a un servicio específico?

Si usted está adelantando la ruta de servicios sugerida luego de evaluar su proyecto o empresa, ingrese a su sesión por www.ccb.org.co/Cree su empresa o Fortalezca su empresa, haga clic en “iniciar sesión”, acceda con su usuario y contraseña y en la opción "su cuenta" ingrese a "historial de servicios" y valide para las actividades inscritas la sede en la que se realizará. Si va a inscribir el servicio, al dar clic en “Inscribirse” encuentra toda la información relacionada.

Si usted no ha diligenciado la evaluación de su proyecto o empresa, ingrese a www.ccb.org.co/Cree su empresa o Fortalezca su empresa, ubique la temática “Aprendizaje” y dé clic en "talleres", allí visualiza la totalidad de actividades programadas y su información detallada.

What is the Business Diagnostic?

It is a tool that allows to determine the level an entrepreneur's or a company's level of maturity or evolution.  Each answer has a valuation that results in a score, which allows for the identification of your company's or your enterprise project's need.  We invite you to fill it out and gain access to the services the CCB has to offer.  

Visit www.ccb.org.co/ "Create your company" or "Strengthen your company",  click on "Assess your project" or "Assess your company" depending on your needs.  Register if you are a new user; once the registration has been completed, you will be able to access the Enterprise Diagnosis; follow the instructions on the portal and remember that you must fill out the creation assessment (if you have not yet created your company), the strengthening assessment (if you have a legally established company) or the formalization assessment (if you have an operational business that has not yet been formally established). 

Remember that filling out the assessment will allow you to identify your strengths and needs, receive monitoring and assistance by the CCB, and a services pathway tailored to your needs, ensuring that you achieve your enterprise dreams.

What do I have to do to complete the Business Diagnostic?

Visit www.ccb.org.co/en, under the option "Create your company" if you are an entrepreneur and wish to assess your own enterprise project, or under the option "Strengthen your company", if you already have a company that is operating; there you will find the option "Assess your project", or "Assess your company", where you will be able to complete your registration.

Once the registration has been completed, you will be able to select the option to assess your enterprise project or your company.

Selecting the "Self-diagnosis" option, you will be able to open the assessment. Remember that this assessment must be filled out in full, in order to properly know your company's or enterprise project's current situation, thus identifying the strengths and opportunities for improvement that exist, and to generate CCB services tailored to your needs. Remember, it is also very important for the information provided to be real. This ensures better results.

What happens if I do not understand a question in the Diagnostic?

In the Diagnostic, you will find a glossary associated with questions. Click on the word on which you need more information and a help text will appear. If questions persist, you can use any of the tools under Contact Us (Online chat or customer service line) so that an advisor can answer your questions.

I performed the Diagnostic but could not finish it; how much time do I have to complete the information?

The time to completely fill out your Diagnostic is 15 calendar days.  If during that time you do not complete it, the system will automatically delete it and the information cannot be recovered. However, you can begin the process again.

How many Diagnostics can my company do?

A company can only have one Diagnostic, depending on your current situation (creation, formalization or strengthening).

I have already completed the Diagnostic, but I want to change or remove it. What should I do?

Visit www.ccb.org.co/ "Create your company" or "Strengthen your company",  click on "Log in" and log in using your username and password. On the assessments or diagnosis made, find the one you want to associate to the individuals, and click on "Associate", to the right of the name.  Remember, the people you wish to associate must already be registered using their personal information.

We invite you to attend our orientation in the assessment or diagnosis and pathway, where one of our professionals will assess your case in order to add or remove certain services from the pathway, or to eliminate the assessment, should the case warrant it.

What do I do if I have issues completing the Diagnostic, viewing the results or the services path?

If you have any problems filling out, viewing or reviewing the results, contact us through the Contacts tool on the CCB's web site, call our customer service line: 3830330, options 3-1, or go to the information desk at any of our enterprise venues (Kennedy, Salitre or Chapinero).

What is the orientation in conducting assessments or diagnosis and on the pathway?

It is an individual orientation and assistance service aimed at solving your specific questions regarding the recommended route, the results obtained from the enterprise diagnosis, the tailoring of the pathway (adding or reducing the number of services), the registration into services to support your progress and the completion of your pathway.

We invite you to review the available times for orientation at our sites. Remember, service is on a first-come, first-served basis.

How can I update my and my company's information?

Visit www.ccb.org.co/en "Create your company" or "Strengthen your company", click on "Log in", type in your user name and password and click on "Update information or company"; you will then be able to make the corresponding changes. This same process will be applicable if you have an associate company and wish to update it.

I already signed-up, but have forgotten my user name and password. How can I access my account?

Visit www.ccb.org.co/en "Create your company" or "Strengthen your company", click on "Log in", find the space provided to type in your user name and password; on the bottom part you will find the option "Forgot your password?" click on the text and type in your personal ID number.  Within minutes your registered user name and password will be sent to your e-mail.  If you do not receive the message, you can contact us on our customer service line: 3830330 options 3 - 1, on our Customer Chat, or through our Contacts page.
